Booking/Cancellation:

1. A completed booking request is confirmed by EMAIL and is NOT BINDING. We answer within 2-4 hours.
2. A booking request that has been confirmed by both parties is a Booking. Invoice per email is sent out within 5 days.
3. No cancellation fee on a confirmed booking within 10 days.
4. If a cancellation takes place from Day 11 up to and including 50 days before departure, an administration fee of SEK 500 per person is payable.
5. The entire trip is paid 40 to 30 days before the arrival A. By presentation of paid amount in Stripe. B. Or as agreed.
6. Travel conditions are available in English. Provided by email upon request.
7. If NO CANCELLATION has been made Slow Travel Sweden has the right to charge 80% of the invoice sent in connection with the Booking Confirmation (Days 11 – 14) alternatively,
8. With a valid medical statement from a licensed doctor, the cancellation cost will instead be SEK 2,500 per person.

Accommodation and list of transportation for the selected destination is sent out on day 15-10, when a booking is confirmed.

Valid travel voucher on the day of arrival to the selected destination: which is  a copy of the booking confirmation / Invoice for the trip, and must be presented at the start of the trip.

Discounts:

Rates quoted apply per person (adult). Discount is given if two adults book at the same time and travel together. Discount is also given to young people (max. 19 years) if in an extra bed in a double room / twinbed room. No discount on meals. 10% discount is given to previous customers. Mini group (all booking at the same time) of 7-8 people are given a discount of SEK 5,000. 9-13 or 14 - 25 persons - Please contact us for a price. Bonus discount up to and including 30st November 2023. 700 SEK discount on 1 person price 500 SEK discount on 2 person price. Not including discounted mini groups of 7-8 people.
